- Check-in: from 14:00 hours or later, sooner subject to room availability.

- Check-out:until 12:00 hours or sooner

- Late check-out untill 18:00 will be charged 50% of room rate.

- Cancellation:Free** If cancelled up to 3 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

 - If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

- Child & babycot: Free** Children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

- Free** All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

- Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

 - Any type of extra bed or babycot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

- Pets:Pets are not allowed.
